A neighborhood spot where you're greeted like a regular, the person behind the counter knows your name and your favorite strain, and every visit feels a little more familiar than the last. Because “Hi Neighbor” isn't just our name. It's the whole business plan.

Juan & Alexis Garcia
Their grandmother ran a botanica in the Bronx that was less a shop and more a front porch for the whole block. People came for products; they stayed for conversation, guidance, and connection. Juan and Alexis grew up behind that counter watching what a business can be when it belongs to its neighborhood.
That's the shop they set out to build on Magnolia Blvd — and the standard every hire, every product, and every price gets held to.

Love Thy Neighbor goes up
Painted by artist Jon Moody, our mural was Hi Neighbor's first introduction to the neighborhood—a larger-than-life hello that brought our name and our mission to Magnolia Boulevard: Love Thy Neighbor.
Doors open
First "Hi, neighbor"
In March 2026, we officially opened our doors as Hi Neighbor. Since then, we've been here bright and early at 7am, seven days a week—with 25% off for our Early Birds and friendly Budtenders who get to know your name and your favorite strain.
